Transfer Photos from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5s
I recently bought an iPhone 5s, but all my pictures are all on my old 4S iPhone. I wonder if there is a way to transfer all 800+ pictures to my new iPhone easily.
To transfer photos from one iPhone to another, you can first import the photos from the source iPhone into your computer hard drive and then transfer the imported photos to the destination iPhone with the sync of iTunes. However, the iTunes sync may bring a lot of trouble. When you try to sync your iPhone from a different computer, you will receive a pop-up message saying that the content previously synced to your device will be erased and replaced.
So the most effective solution is transferring the photos to the Camera Roll instead of syncing them to the Photo Library. And the only tool you need is TunesGo. It enables you to transfer photos from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5s with ease.
How to Transfer Photos from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5s?
1. Install TunesGo
TunesGo is compatible with both Windows (8.1 / 8 /7 / Vista / XP) and Mac OS X (10.6 / 10.7 / 10.8 / 10.9). Download TunesGo and install it to your computer.
Then run the program and enter the connection window.
2. Connect iPhone 4S and iPhone 5s with computer
Use the provided USB cables to connect both iPhone 4S and iPhone 5s with your computer. This iPhone transfer software tool will automatically detect the two devices. After that, you'll see iPhone 4S and iPhone 5s are shown in the starting window.
3. Move photos from iPhone 4S to iPhone 5s
In the left sidebar, click Photos under the iPhone 4S category. The Camera Roll and the Photo Library will be shown on the right. Choose the folder(s) you want and then click Export to. In the drop-down menu, you can see the name of the iPhone 5s. Click it to export the folder(s) to the iPhone 5s.
